CPU sharing or Desktop Virtualisation is a computer network technology that helps you to share one Central Processing Unit (CPU) on multiple monitors.
The network involves connecting a special hardware which connects a number of monitors to one CPU. The hardware has a number of ports that can anable you to connect other computer periphirals like; the mouse, the keyboard, sound devices and many other to each individiual monitor to make it look like a complete computer set.
This system can be used in schools and university libraries , public offices, and it is equaliy benefitial to organisations that have departmental offices. since this system uses Local Area network (LAN), it can be connected to any area regardless of the distance between the offices.
